By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondents to allot a strip of land in terms of Committee’s report in her favour, in lieu of the premium/cost of the land on the same terms and conditions on which the original plot of land viz plot No. 427-A B/E, measuring 25x50 Sfts, situated at Bemina Housing Colony, Bemina Srinagar stands allotted to her. 2. Reply stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that in terms of communication dated 04.12.2021, allotment of land measuring 354 Sft (70 Sft and 284 Sft) has already been allotted to the petitioner. 3. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as such, instant petition has rendered infructuous. 4. It seems that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as would her non-appearance indicate. 5. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
