ORDER: - This writ petition is filed against the inaction of the respondent No.3 in implementing the direction given by the respondent No.5, dated 08.05.2019 on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 01.06.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2019 has been considered and it is referred as civil in nature under a referred notice and the same is informed to the petitioner vide letter, dated 01.05.2026. 3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this case. 4. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if he aggrieved against the letter dated 01.05.2026, communicated to the petitioner by the respondent No.5. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
