Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2019 has been considered and it is referred as civil in nature under a referred notice and the same is informed to the petitioner vide letter, dated 01.05.2026. 3.
