HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CONTEMPT CASE No.562 OF 2019 ORDER:
The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 04.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.37862 of 2017 in W.P.No.30384 of 2017. 2. On 22.04.2026 this Court passed the following order:
“When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri D.Harsha Vardhan, Advocate, submits that he is going to file Vakalat for the petitioner in C.C.No.562 of 2019 and seeks time. Conversely, Smt.M.Radha, learned counsel for the respondent reiterates her earlier submission that the respondent authorities have complied with this Court’s order dated 04.10.2017. In proof of the same, she has forwarded the proceedings dated 13.06.2020, which are taken on record. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, post the matter next week.”
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, Sri N.V.S.Prasad Varma, learned Standing Counsel submits that the interim orders passed by this Court dated 04.10.2017 have been complied with by the respondent authorities. He

also submits that the very writ petition is dismissed for default on
06.02.2026. 5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, as the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.37862 of 2017 in W.P.No.30384 of 2017 dated 04.10.2017 have already been complied with by the respondent authorities, the present Contempt Case is closed.
