Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of action of respondent Nos.
2 to 4 with an intent to terminate the services of the petitioner by again subjecting to attend written test and interview for renewal of contract of service as Assistant Placement Officer, Academic Assistant/Assistant Professor, Guest Faculty, with malafide intention to appoint own oeople again on contract basis by replacing the petitioner on contractual leaching faculty in Humanities, Social science department in so far as HIT RK Wally idupalapaya pursuant to Notification in Ref.RGUKT-A.P. Estt-Contract Faculty Recruitment 2019, dated 13.02.2019 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 309 of the Constitution of India and contrary to UGC Regulations and also contrary to the doctrine of promissory estoppels and legitimate expectation and consequently set aside the same by direct the respondents to retain and continue the petitioner services as Assistant Placement Officer, Academic Assistant/Assistant Professor, Guest Faculty by suspending operatation of 2019 appointment of contractual teaching faculty of Humanities, sociai science department dated 13.02.2019 in so far as III T RK Vallyldupalapaya pursuant to Notification in Ref.RGUKT-A.P. ORDER: -
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petitioner filed against the notification issued by the 2nd respondent in reference RGUKT-A.P. Estt-Contract Faculty Recruitment 2019, dated 13.02.2019 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14, 16, 21 and 309 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents to retain and continue the petitioner services as Assistant Placement Officer by suspending the operation of 2019 appointment of contractual teaching faculty pursuant to the said notification.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the circular dated 14.06.2019, issued by the 2nd respondent would submit that the notification issued on 13.02.2019 for the Recruitment of Teaching Faculty positions in RGUKT constituent institutes on contract basis for the year 2019-20 was withheld due to administrative reasons. Thereafter, they issued fresh notifications.
3. In view of the same, he would submit that as the notification is already under challenge and withheld by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. This Court finds sufficient force in the contention of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, as already the notice, which is under challenge was withheld by the respondents by circular dated 14.06.2019, in our considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
6. The petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievances, if so advised, by filing a fresh writ petition.
7. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
