COMMON JUDGMENT:
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants represented that the respondent No. 4, who was a tenant, had died during the pendency of the second appeal. He further stated that the appellants are not pressing the appeal against respondent No. 4, and the same has been duly endorsed on the grounds of appeal. 2. Accordingly, the second appeal against the respondent No.4 is dismissed. I.A.No.1 OF 2026 IN/AND S.A.No.190 of 2019:

I.A.No.1 of 2026 is filed seeking to record the compromise in terms of the Joint memo filed by the appellants and the respondents and to allow the second appeal in S.A.No.190 of 2019 in A.S.No.55 of 2012, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur in O.S.No.211 of 2006, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, by setting aside the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2018, passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur in A.S.No.55 of 2012. 4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellants and the respondent Nos.1, 3, 5 & 6 are present and the learned counsel appearing for both sides are also present and they have identified their respective parties. Learned counsel appearing for both sides represented that the present second appeal in between the appellant and the respondents has been settled out of the Court and they have entered into the terms of compromise. The appellants and the respondent Nos.1, 3, 5 & 6 produced Photostat copies of aadhaar cards in proof of their identity and they have represented that they compromised the matter by way of memorandum of compromise and the second appeal may be disposed of by recording the same. 5.
In view of the same, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is allowed recording the memorandum of compromise and S.A.No.190 of 2019 is disposed of by recording the terms of compromise arrived at between the parties. 6. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of in consequence. No costs. 7.
