1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing orders dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-5) and 01.07.2019 (Annexure P-6), passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rupnagar, whereby the application filed by the plaintiff- petitioner seeking amendment of plaint has been dismissed and evidence of the plaintiff has been closed by order of the Court, respectively.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned orders dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-5) and 01.07.2019 (Annexure P-6) are interim orders, and during the pendency of the present revision petition, the main suit from which the instant revision petition arises, has been disposed of vide judgment and decree dated 06.03.2023. It is further submitted that the impugned orders dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-5) and 01.07.2019 (Annexure P-6) have since merged in the aforesaid
judgment and decree and in view thereof, the present revision petition has HARISH KUMAR 2026.09.07 19:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this
order/judgment
CR-8042-2019 (2) been rendered infructuous. He, thus, prays that the instant petition be
disposed of, as such.
