Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present civil revision petition, petitioner No.1 has expired. Learned counsel further submits that in spite of making various efforts, he could not contact the LRs of petitioner No.1 and 2 as well as petitioners No.3 and 4.
