In the connected case i.e. CRM-M-41622-2018, learned State counsel has produced a copy of judgment dated 23.05.2025 passed by the Ld. JMIC at Assandh, Karnal vide which all the accused (present petitioners) have been acquitted of the charges levelled against them. 3.
