Today, as per report of Registry, notices issued to petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 4 have been received back unserved with the report, “no such person of this name reside at given address.” Notice issued to petitioner No.2 has been received back unserved with the report, “house locked since long time”. 3. In view of the same, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
