Learned counsel for the respondents contends that in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in RA-LP-4-2024 IN/AND LPA-1476-2023 titled ‘Reena Panta Vs. Union of India and others’ on 26.08.2025, the present writ petition against the Society is not maintainable.
