The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 18.06.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.2, whereby the orders of granting annual increments of the petitioner from 01.12.2011, 01.12.2012, 01.12.2013 and 01.12.2014 have been cancelled with retrospective effect and her initial basic pay is fixed as Rs.10300+3200 = Rs.13500/- and resultantly total amount of Rs.301385/- on account of drawal of annual increment paid to the petitioner from 01.12.2011 to 01.12.2014 has been ordered to be recovered from the petitioner, vide order dated 22.07.2019 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No.3. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already resigned from service and the same has been accepted, vide order dated VINAY 2026.07.24 10:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CWP-24004-2019 -2- 05.02.2026.
