ANAND KUMAR KOCHIRI The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner / husband seeking to set aside the Order dated 09.04.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.66 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.45 of 2012 on the file of Family Court-cum- XII Additional District Court, Guntur. 2 2. Since there was no representation of both parties, this Court appointed Sri A.Sai Naveen, learned counsel as Legal Aid Counsel for Petitioner and Sri Anand Kumar Kochiri, learned counsel as Legal Aid Counsel for Respondent No.1. It is represented that the Petitioner is no more. The report submitted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali would also show that the Petitioner herein died on 28.08.2020 during Covid and the Respondent No.1 / Wife has been getting pension since his death. Both the Legal Aid Counsel would submit that the cause of action does not survive and the petition may be closed. 3. In that view, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.
