The only conten on raised by learned counsel for the appellants-claimants is that there are as many as 04 claimants, who are widow, two minor children and mother of the deceased, but the compensa on under the head of loss of consor um has been awarded only to the widow of the deceased and not the other claimants, which are contrary to the legal posi on as explained by Hon’ble Supreme Court in “Magma General Insurance Company Ltd. v. Nanu Ram @ Chuhru Ram and others”, 2018(18) SCC 130. 2. No ce of mo on to respondent No.3-Insurance Company only. 3. Mr. Arjun Kundra, Advocate appears and accepts no ce on behalf of respondent No.3-Insurance Company only. 5. Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company could not refute the aforesaid conten on that compensa on under the head of loss of consor um to the children and mother is liable to be granted, as per Nanu Ram’s case (supra). 6.
