Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents to conduct the interview of the petitioner provisionally and to keep the result in abeyance, during the pendency of writ petition. 2. The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3. In view of the above, having left with no other option, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
