3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CONTEMPT CASE NO: 489 of 2019 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the interim order dated 09.04.2015 in WP No.9743 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Govinda Rajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main Writ Petition i.e., WP No.9743 of 2015 was disposed of by the Common High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad by Order dated 08.09.2015. However, he seeks liberty to work out legal remedies in terms of final order dated 08.09.2015 in WP No.9743 o 2015.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies, in the manner known to the law. No order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
