The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.08.2019 of the office of Director, Elementary Education Haryana, Panchkula, vide order No.15/41/2018 HRM-III(2) by which the petitioner was ordered to be reverted from the post of Elementary School Headmaster (ESHM) to the post of Sanskrit Teacher, with all consequential benefits. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the State where, the petitioner has been treated eligible and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Hence, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 3.
