The present bunch of writ petitions, the details of which are mentioned in the heading, involve common question of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together. For the sake of convenience, the facts are being taken from CWP-23248-2019. 2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the petitioners will approach the respondents State with regard to the certain development which has come into being after the passing of the reversion order dated 21.08.2019 so as to convince the State that they are eligible for promotion and the order passed reverting them are liable to be withdrawn in view of subsequent development. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till any decision is taken by the Government on their representation, they should be allowed to continue on the same post as petitioners are already working on the promoted post since 2013 and 2014 and the order reverting the petitioners has already been stayed by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2019 which interim order is continuing for the last 7 years. 4. The learned State counsel submits that if any representation is received to show the eligibility and to convince, the State that in view of the subsequent developments, the petitioners are to be treated as eligible for promotion to the post of Elementary School Head Master (ESHM) their promotion will be upheld otherwise, due reason will be mentioned for not accepting the claim so as to implement the order of reversion already passed by the concerned authority and till any such order passed, status quo qua the services of the petitioners will be maintained. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present bunch of petitions be disposed of having not pressed with liberty to file a representation. 6. Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is received within a period of 4 weeks from today, appropriate order will be passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of such representation and in case no such representation is filed, order reverting the petitioners will be implemented. 7.
