(corresponding Section 144 of BNSS) has since been decided by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, vide order dated 12.07.2021 and produced a copy of the said order in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not aware of the aforesaid final adjudication of the petition. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-husband challenging the order dated 22.07.2019 whereby interim maintenance was awarded in favour of the respondent-wife and the minor children. 4. In view of the fact that the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
