On 07.11.2025 and 02.01.2026, there was no representation for the appellant, and the matter was adjourned. On 30.01.2026, at the request of the counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned to 01.04.2026. On 01.04.2026, this Court directed the counsel for the appellant to take steps to serve notice on respondents by filing appropriate application. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that no such steps were taken. 3. In these circumstances, it is clear that the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the appeal, and accordingly the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
