Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring
2 the action of the 3rd respondent herein in refusing to renew petitioner's explosives license No.1 of 1984 under License Form LE- 5 for sale Fire Crackers vide proceedings in Roc. No. 294/2019/C, dated 30.10.2019 as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violative of fundamental rights particularly Art. 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to renew the license of the petitioner bearing No. 1 of 1984.
