Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of complaint No.COMA/26496/2012 dated 19.11.2012 (Annexure P-4), summoning order dated 01.12.2012 (Annexure P-6), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The present petition has been pending since 2019, and a Coordinate Bench, vide interim order dated 14.10.2019, directed that the proceedings before the trial Court be adjourned beyond the date fixed by this Court. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, as the matter has been compromised between the parties. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
