Learned counsel categorically at the very outset admitted that the NCC-B Certificate, which was required to be produced for the selection, was as a matter of fact not produced and is not even in his possession as of today it having been lost and a DDR in that regard recorded. 2. The fact of the matter still remains that the said certificate as issued prior to cut off date was required to be produced for obtaining the benefit of 03 marks, which were thus rightly not granted.
