Learned counsel submits that the husband of the petitioner had passed away in the year 2005 and consequently, his son was granted the compassionate appointment, but unfortunately, he also passed away on 07.09.2013. The petitioner having five daughters had to make both ends meet and as such, had taken up job of Sweeper in a private school and is also claiming benefit of family pension/financial assistance/job on compassionate grounds, with regard to which she will once again approach the respondents by way of filing a representation expecting a sympathetic view in the matter. 2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that in case the representation is filed within four weeks, the same shall be considered sympathetically in accordance with law within a period of four months. 3.
