Crl.A.(MD).No.437 of 2019 JUDGMENT This Criminal Appeal is directed against the order of acquittal passed by the learned District Judge, Mahila Court, Sivagangai, in S.C.No.139 of 2005 dated 30.11.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 4 reported that the dispute between the appellant herein and the respondents 2 to 4 was referred to mediation in the connected proceedings in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1080 of 2025, arising against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.395 of 2024 in C.C.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, dated 03.06.2024, wherein, the parties have amicably settled the disputes amongst themselves and arrived at a settlement agreement dated 25.02.2026. Recording the same, this Court, by its order dated 27.02.2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1080 of 2025, disposed of the Criminal Revision Case in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.02.2026. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 4 has produced the said order before this Court.
3. On the perusal of the said order, it is found that in the settlement agreement dated 25.02.2026, the respondent thereon, the appellant herein, has 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Crl.A.(MD).No.437 of 2019 agreed to withdraw the present Criminal Appeal. Therefore, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
