However, during the process of erecting the said tower, the second respondent issued the impugned order dated 31.12.2018, directing the petitioner to remove the cell tower on the ground that the said tower has been erected without getting permission from the concerned authority. District Collector and others reported in 2019 SCC Online Mad 4348. There shall be no order as to costs.
