Bus Stand, Madurai, and consequently directing the second respondent to shift the kiosk put up in the space allotted for push-cart street vendors in front of the Mattuthavani M.G.R. Bus Stand, Madurai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had already been evicted from the place in question.
