He would further submit that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the said representation has been considered and appropriate orders have been passed on 27.07.2026. 2. In view of the subsequent development, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition, as the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy, if any, against the order dated 27.07.2026, in the manner known to law. No costs.
