When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a similar relief has already been granted by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.25232 of 2022, filed by one Ajmal Khan. By order dated 30.06.2026, this Court, while considering the similar issue, directed the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of four months. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection to pass a similar order in the present writ petition. 3.
