In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that approval had to be obtained from the Government Pleader to file the appeal and in such process, there has been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsels entered appearance for the respondents. The 2nd respondent died and his legal heirs namely, respondents 3 to 5 had been brought on record. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsels, who appeared for the respondents, shall be printed in the cause list.
