Contempt petition has been filed complaining that the order of this court dated 16.11.2018 had not been complied with. 2. It is stated that most of the encroachments had been removed and there is only one small portion, where some onion plants have been planted. It is only proper that time is granted for the plants to grow completely and then removed. An undertaking had been given that further planting of onion plants will not be done.
