ORDER Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.06.2026, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has produced proceedings dated 03.07.2026, whereby, the respondents claim to have credited the Revised Life Time Arrear payable in a sum of Rs.6,79,928/-, the Revised Family Pension Arrear in a sum of Rs.49,541 dated 01.07.2026 and a sum of Rs.1,11,252/- towards Revised Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and Commutation payable to the petitioners dated 22.06.2026. 2. The leaned Government Advocate further submitted that he has handed over a copy of the said proceedings along with the particulars of the payment made to the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitting as above placed before this Court a copy of the said proceedings dated 03.07.2026. 4. Since the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 23.06.2026 and the amounts have been credited to the account of the second petitioner, the grievance raised in the present writ petition no longer survives. Hence, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
