This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 408 days in filing the above Appeal. 2. In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it has been stated that the delay occurred owing to the miscommunication with the counsel whose office was shifted and the petitioner was not informed about that particular fact and the bundles were also mixed up with the other bundles. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the third respondent. 4. Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned and this Petition is ordered.
