Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order impugned herein is the consequence of the interim order dated 25.09.2019 in W.P.No.6035 of 2019 and final order itself has been passed on 10.01.2024 in the aforesaid Writ Petition and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
