The Court observed that if auction is conducted, the same shall be subject to the result of the petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that because of some administrative reasons, the auction process could not be taken to logical end. He submits that the process has been accordingly scraped. Respondent no. 2 intends to initiate fresh auction pertaining to the property under question.
