It was further submitted that water is being supplied through the existing channel and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
