It is the case of the petitioner that the fifth respondent has encroached upon the temple's property by putting up a structure. 3. The status report filed by the fourth respondent clearly indicates that in fact, the temple is situated in patta land. Since the subject land is patta land and there is no encroachment as alleged by the petitioner and as the temple is situated in the disputed patta land, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
