The District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, is proposed to conduct an enquiry to identify the encroachment and initiate appropriate actions. 2. In view of the said position, the petitioners, the fourth respondent, Temple Administration and HR&CE Department are at liberty to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri and defend their case through documents and evidences etc., 3. The District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, is directed to afford an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, including the HR&CE Department, conduct the enquiry, take an appropriate decision and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.31593 of 2019 Page Nos.4/5 With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
