The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.03.2019 requesting the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta standing in the name of Respondents 4 to 12 by reverting the extract in accordance with T.D No. 797 and 1584. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 1 to 3 till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of 12 weeks. 4.
