When this matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, initially, the petitioner was declared as highest bidder in the auction conducted by the 2nd respondent vide Auction Notice dated 19.07.2018. Subsequently, the petitioner had withdrawn his bid and also obtained the amount paid by him. In this regard, he had also produced a soft copy of notary affidavit dated 02.05.2019 before this Court.
