The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought direction in this Petition that the respondents should make enquiry and register crime on the complaint dated 12.01.2017 as regards illegalities committed in respect of Nanded District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. without influencing the order passed by the concerned Minister, Co- operation, Marketing and Textile Department dated 30.06.2015 and 04.11.2015. Admittedly, audit report which has been set aside by the concerned Minister mentioned above, indicates some illegalities for which the petitioner 2026:BHC-AUG:37459-DB 1598.19WP 2 seeking criminal prosecution.
