In response to order dated 03.08.2026 and previous such orders, the counsel for respondents has tendered across the bar a pursis stating therein that the religious structure in question falls under Category ‘A’. The decision in that regard has been taken by the Corporation Level Committee in the meeting dated 14.08.2026. 3. The pursis is taken on record. 4. The petitioner is satisfied with the development but has an apprehension that the impugned notice may be given effect to. 5. In our view, such an apprehension is uncalled for. Once the religious structure in question has been categorized as ‘A’, there arises no question of removing the same. The notice is accordingly set aside. 6.
