Earlier, this Court, on 09.12.2025 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise in the suit for partition and entered into a settlement agreement dated 17.03.2026. 3. In view of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, High Court Madras, this First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17.03.2026. The said Settlement Agreement and the two sketches shall form part of the decree.
