Thus, the matter was passed over. Even when the matter was called again in the afternoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2. On perusal of the record shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on earlier dates of hearing i.e., on 09.01.2026 and 06.04.2026 and that this Court had directed the matter to be listed under the caption “for dismissal”. Thus, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the Writ Petitions and accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
