Issue an appropriate writ[s]/direction[s] or order[s] quashing of the NCTE order dated 06.11.2019 and SRC order dated 29.08.2019, whereby the recognition of the petitioner running M.Ed programme, has been decided to be withdrawn under provisions of section 17 (1) of the NCTE Act, 1993; and/or;....” 2. The needful shall be done expeditiously and not later than 6 weeks from today. 5. In terms of the interim order dated 20.11.2019, the petitioner is already running the programme. Therefore, the same shall continue till the matter is decided by the respondent No. 2. 6. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
