1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. Status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent-MCD.
3. A copy of the same has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.
4. In terms of the said status report, conditional permission for installation of manned gates at points B-1 and G-8, Nizamuddin, West Delhi has been granted to the petitioner (Annexure-A to the status report).
5. Counsel for the respondent no. 10 submits that the respondent no. 10 could not file any objections with the MCD against the installation of the gates, in terms of the order passed by this Court on 27th February, 2026.
6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of installation of the gates has already begun.
7. SHO, P.S. Hazrat Nizamuddin West shall ensure that there are no hinderances caused in the installation of the gates.
8. The present petition along with all pending applications stands
disposed of in terms of above.
