The present Petition, under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, has been filed seeking initiation of contempt proceedings as against the Respondents/alleged contemnors for willful disobedience of the Order dated 05.02.2018 passed in W.P.(C) 11516 of 2016. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the Order of which contempt has been alleged has since been set aside by the Hon’ble Supreme Court by virtue of the judgment in Delhi Development Authority v. Tejpal and others [(2024) 7 SCC 433]. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits This is a digitally signed order.
