By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been made to the F.I.R. No.280/2019, registered at the Police Station Shyam Nagar, District Jaipur City (South) for the offences under Sections 376, 384 & 120-B of IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report furnished by the S.H.O. Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur City (South), apprised this Court that after completion of (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5776/2019] thorough investigation in the instant matter, the Police has submitted Final Report ‘Negative’ before the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.15, Jaipur Metropolitan-I on 24.09.2019 and the same has been accepted by the concerned Court on 15.03.2022. Counsel further submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the instant criminal misc. petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is rendered infructuous. The instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 5. The factual report furnished by the S.H.O.
