By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.117/2019, registered with the Police Station Kunhadi, District Kota City for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 463, 467 and 468 IPC. 2. At the outset, leaned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Kunhadi, Kota City, submits that during pendency of the instant misc. petition, charge-sheet was submitted against the petitioner on 16.06.2019 and the petitioner has been acquitted on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties in National Lok Adalat on 06.01.2021. Counsel submits that under the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1690/2019] changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
