The applicant/ husband is challenging the judgment and order dated 11.03.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, Nanded, in Petition No.E-46/2018 thereby, granting maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month to respondent No.1/wife and Rs.1000/- 2026:BHC-AUG:37773 *2* 914appln3489o19 per month each to respondent Nos.2 and 3/ children from the date of filing of the petition i.e. 03.04.2018. 5. With the assistance of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I have perused the impugned order. The reasoning given by the Family Court for arriving at conclusion to grant compensation to the respondents, is correct and proper. There is no error in the impugned order.
