1. By way of filing the instant misc. petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 507/2019 registered with the Police Station Mansarover, Jaipur South for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120B IPC.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused petitioner on 06.08.2020 before the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 6, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. Counsel further submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise all objections and grounds
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-6966/2019] which have taken before this Court as well as all available defences, before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage of the trial.
3. Considering the above, the instant misc. petition is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
